I know. I know. I know! And what a speech! He makes me weep . . . and as a writer, I just soak up his metaphors, and similes, his command of the language. What a difference . .
Loved the speech....loved the poem that followed!
Elise, his speech was brilliant! It's a welcome change to have a reader, a speaker, and a leader in office!Anon - me too!
I loved seeing the people all around the world gathering to watch him speak. It really shows how important we are to the world, and how what we do here, and the policies we choose to support really, truly do affect the whole globe. And, like always, it is inspiring and unique to see our democracy working as it was intended.
And from what I've heard so far, he's not wasting any time!
Lily: I enjoyed seeing reactions around the world too. The recent events have really shown how it's now a global economy, not just a US economy.Adrienne: Let's hope he can get a lot done in his first 100 days!
